Lost Credit Card
Don’t panic! The Virgin Money lost card team are available 7 days a week on 0861 VCCARD (822273). So call us immediately and we will stop your card in a flash. You will not be liable for any losses from the moment you notify us.
If you are overseas you can still call us on +2712 317 3112 or alternatively contact MasterCard® directly, in the country you are visiting. They will be able to assist you in English and issue a replacement card within 72 hours. Access the MasterCard® website and search the emergency contact list for your destination's contact number.
Expired Credit Card
When the date in raised lettering on the front of your card comes to pass - so will your card. You needn’t worry though; we’ll send you a replacement before then. The only requirement is that you cut up the old one.
